Meet with other Long Islander CoCounselors- both locals and transplants, who are devoted to ourselves & to the process and belief that we are our own best counselors- and that we inherently know what is best for us.. that all we really need is to be seen, heard & believed. We pair up in dyad form, to contract for confidential caring, aware attention. Everything is done in a completely safe environment, and is designed to help us break the inevitable self defeating patterns so many of us have... (after all, we all are human!). This frees ourselves to be the best we can be. Emotional/ physical discharge done in this safe environment releases blockages to free & clear us in ways we could never have imagined. Anyone interested in the topic of self-improvement, who believes change is really possible, & who believes in themself, would benefit from this meetup. We use life directions (goal setting), teach our philosophy & theory and have many fun things available for further growth, if you choose to get deeper with it.
