In this six-week experiential, spiritual group we will explore the above and so many other questions. Each group session will include a meditative exercise you can do at home. Each exercise is designed to help you have experiences of your true self.
Once you have an experience of awakening, you see difficult situations with new eyes. One of these expereinces can lead to more and more of them, until you are living from a peaceful, and less fearful and anxious place within yourself. When you act from this place of peace, you can receive more of the life you have been longing for.
You will most likely walk away with:
1. Effective and different meditations you can do on your own.
2. More confidence in knowing that you can have an experience of your true self.
3, Having experiences of your own inner purpose and creativity that will help you to continue to awaken after the group is done.
