Introduction
I joined this group because of Michael. I love his work. And now I am learning more about Lesle and Andrew and others?so grateful to have been pulled in this direction. Thank you Michael for being the sippy straw!

I love that I have a spiritual path that guides me through life and has given me the understanding of why I am here and what my job is. I love that I am healthy, happy and have terrific friends and great support on this journy in human form!
Please mention any types of practices you already do or would like to.
I practice mediation daily. I also participate in breathwork sessions as well as a variety of healing modalities. Since my body is the temple, my goal is to treat it as kindly as I can so that it will serve me well to acheieve my spiritual goals.
