Howard J. Resnick, Ph.D. (aka Hridayananda das Goswami) has his doctorate in Sanskrit and Indian Studies from Harvard University and currently teaches Sanskrit, Hinduism and Buddhism at the University of Florida. He has translated many volumes of sacred Sanskrit texts, and ancient Sanskrit commentaries, into English. He has been lecturing internationally on the science of bhakti-yoga, philosophy and comparative religions for more than 37 years.
