What is Lisa's role?
S.T.E.P.S. is about "self-management". This is a very powerful statement. It comes from the "coaching world" and is about 1) taking responsibility for oneself and 2) giving credit to oneself. As a S.T.E.P.S. facilitator, my role is simply to "facilitate your process". The beauty about this is that you get all the credit for fulfilling your vision and goals and you also get all the responsibility for what is not working for you. Your job as the "coachable" one is to communicate when you need something in addition to or differently than you're currently receiving. Everyone's needs are so varied that I will do my best to incorporate the feedback I receive and apply it strategically to S.T.E.P.S. where it is in line with the vision and goals of S.T.E.P.S.
Is S.T.E.P.S. "group coaching"?
No, S.T.E.P.S. is Training that pulls from Lisa's background as a Personal & Business Coach and Professional Organizing Consultant.

Do I have to attend every month?
No, although you are encouraged to save the monthly date in your calendar. The more consistently you attend, the more you will get out of it. Although S.T.E.P.S. is not "group coaching" it is definitely more than just Training!
Is S.T.E.P.S. always the same day and time of the month?
Although I've scheduled the Northern Colorado group for the 1st Thursday of each month from 9:30-11:30 and the Denver group for the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 9:30-11:30, the meeting date/time/locations are subject to change.
Do you only offer S.T.E.P.S. in Colorado?
At this time, yes. If you are interested in a Webinar, please contact me. The more interest there is the sooner I will prioritize it on my To Do list!
Please let me know what other questions you have...
