Hanna Levinson* an active facilitator of The Work since 1998, will facilitate meeting your most stressful thoughts and limiting beliefs (for those willing to write them down and take a look) with 4 Questions and a Turnaround or two. Remarkable, measurable and palpable shifts can be seen from answering the 4 Questions from a place of personal truth and being present to the current experience (being in the now of our lives). This is not a training or a belief system. It is more akin to engaging from your heart in an active cognitive meditation. Please RSVP if you can; drop ins are welcome. With 6 or more participants there will be "Inquiry Circle ©" one-on-one Inquiry with those present investigating core beliefs; everyone asks, everyone investigates in timed increments.
*Hanna Levinson www.truthpoint.net, attended The Certification Training Program for the Work of Byron Katie in 1999 in Amsterdam and started the first Westside Work group in 1998, which ran through 2004 with Hanna as main facilitator and continues with Jeff Jones who picked up the torch in 2004 and has been carrying it ever since. Hanna still facilitates at least once a month and meets privately with individuals and groups upon request. She employs this work in her own life and thoroughly enjoys being of service via Inquiry and The Work of Byron Katie® as often as the opportunity arises.
