I have had a few more requests to hold another Reiki I class.

Basic Reiki principles will be covered, as well as an introduction to various other methods. The afternoon will be devoted to chakra-opening exercises, meditations, and Reiki practice.

The class will be held from 9:30 - 5pmish. There will be an hour break for lunch. If you want to bring a bag lunch, there will be an oppurtunity to view a video on some aspect of classical Chinese alternative healing during that time.
